(1) Casting process (OEM method for undertaking casting):
Customers provide drawings and samples → Review, evaluate, and communicate with customers → Sign business contracts → Draw casting drawings for engineering → Customers confirm drawings → Design and manufacture wax injection molds → Sample production → Customers confirm casting samples → Samples are qualified (if unqualified, correct the mold and make samples until qualified) → Customer orders → Production plan → Wax injection → Shell making → Melting casting → Crushing shell → Cutting → Grinding water mouth → Acid washing →
Rolling polishing → Inspection → Unqualified casting repair → Qualified product packaging → Qualified product shipment (Scrap return to furnace)
(2) Production cycle (OEM casting);
Customer provides drawings and samples for review and quotation, and communicates with the customer for 1 day
Engineering drawing of castings takes 1-3 days (depending on the difficulty of the drawing)
Making wax injection molds takes 2-9 days (depending on the difficulty of the sample)
Sample production takes 3-10 days (depending on the difficulty level of the sample)
Purchase order 7-35 days (depending on monthly production situation and quantity of purchase orders)
(3) Limitation of casting scope:
The weight of the casting ranges from 5 grams to 40 kilograms.
The wall thickness of the casting is greater than 1.8mm, and a minimum of 0.5mm can be applied locally.
The contour size of the casting is greater than 450mm. The surface roughness ranges from 1.6 to 6.4
