In recent years, with the difficulty of sustaining low-cost human resources in China and the development and growth of automation and intelligent manufacturing in multiple fields, the die-casting mold industry is inevitably moving towards an intelligent direction that can reduce labor costs and improve technological content in the process of upgrading and development.

It is understood that in the process of producing die-casting parts, products produced by intelligent molds can promote further improvement of product quality and production efficiency, thereby saving raw materials, achieving automated production and green manufacturing. At present, the scale of intelligent mold usage in China is still very small, and the promotion and use efforts are not enough. However, this represents the future technological development direction of the die-casting mold industry, which will play an increasingly important role in the adjustment of product structure and the transformation of development mode in the die-casting industry. If intelligent die-casting molds can be widely promoted and applied, it will definitely improve the level of the entire die-casting mold industry in China. I believe that the future domestic die-casting industry will be able to move towards a higher level under the drive of intelligent molds.
