Dust Control Measures for Industrial Production of Bag Dust Collector Machine Equipment on the Casting Production Line of Alloy Steel Foundry

1. The processing air volume and dust collector air volume should be calculated from the standard condition air volume to the working condition air volume.

2. The ash removal concentration value should comply with national industry standards.

3. The maximum operating temperature should be less than the long-term application temperature allowed by the selected filter bag, and the offline temperature should be less than the dew point temperature of 10-15 ℃. It must be noted that when acidic gases are present in the flue gas, the dew point temperature is higher.

4. The method of dust removal, the difficulty level of dust removal, and the magnitude of the concentration of dust in the flue gas. For smoke that is sticky and fine or has high dust concentration, it is advisable to choose a cleaning method with strong cleaning ability. Otherwise, choose a worse one. Under normal circumstances, ultra strong cleaning methods should be used.

5. Dust removal bag, physical and chemical properties of dusty gas, physical and chemical properties of dust, dust cleaning method, filtering wind force.
